HighLine 610™

Our HighLine 610 formulation is a later edition to our ArmorLine portfolio of high-pressure spray-on coatings, developed specifically to support newer materials technology like geotextile fabrics. It’s a two-component, fast-setting and spray-applied coating like our other ArmorLine products, mixed in a 1:1 ratio, together making it an easy-to-use system for precise but time-constrained projects. HighLine 610 is made of 100% solids and contains no volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), both improving application quality as well as the safety and sustainability profile, upholding our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Engineered for geotextile fabrics, it’s ideally suited for secondary containment systems, where HighLine 610 creates a seamless liner with an optimized balance of flexibility and durability. Whether for preventing leaks or containing spills, HighLine 610 mitigates risks in the event of containment failure, where wastewater, fuels, industrial chemicals, and many other types of hazardous substances would otherwise proliferate to cause significant danger. It’s typically used in fuel loading and unloading stations, landfills, vapor barriers, wastewater ponds, and numerous other contexts where reliable containment strategies are essential to prevent and prepare for disaster.
