Our STS 200 formulation is a two-component polyurethane free of mercury, volatile organic chemicals (VOCs), and toluene diisocyanate (TDI), designed specifically as a liner for different substrates including metals, concrete, fiberglass, wood, and even some plastic materials. It’s formed from the reaction of its two components, Side A and Side B (an isocyanate and a polyol resin), and is made of 100% solids for a safer, more durable liner. These components are also low viscosity and possess freeze-resistant properties, which provide high sprayability and comfortable ease of handling.

As a low-pressure product, STS-200 is intended for use with low-pressure equipment, and components are mixed with a ratio of 2:1. After curing, the system exhibits a high tear strength and tensile modulus that affords STS-200 with exceptional toughness. At the same time, STS-200 is also softer and more flexible than competing polyurethane products but still imparts strong impact and skid resistance. It’s the perfect solution for creating large-scale membranes for numerous distinct applications, including truck beds, swimming pools, staircases, roofing, water parks, driveways, and dozens more, and can be specially ordered in a fire retardant version for spark- or flame-prone uses like electrical insulation or radiation resistance.
